Reciepe - Gujarati Thepla.

Hai,



        I would like to share easy and healthy recipe Gujarati Thepla.



Ingredients;
  

         *  Wheat Flour - 3 cups
         *  Oil -2 tbsp.
         *  Yogurt - 1 cup
         *  Salt
         *  Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
         *  Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
         *  Cumin Powder -1 tsp
         *  Minced Garlic - 1 tbsp.
         *  Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup
         *  Fenugreek Leaves - 2 tbsp.
         *  Warm Water
     




Method:



   *     In a big bowl, mix Wheat Flour and oil
   *    And in a separate bowl, mix Yogurt, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder,Cumin Powder, Minced Garlic, Coriander Leaves, Fenugreek Leaves
   *    Mix the above yogurt mixture in to the Flour
   *    Add Warm Water in to the mixture and make the dough
   *    Drizzle few drops of oil and allow to rest for 15-20 minutes
   *   Heat a pan on Medium flame
   *   Make a small balls and rolling like for chappati
   *   And place the roll on the pan
   *   It turns to brown colour and at that time turn back on the other side
   *   Pour little oil on top of the tepla

Now is ready - try it out.
